Perlin Noise Generator
SPACE = Regenerate noise || R = Restart
Layer amount: amount of perlin noise layers
Cell size: Size of the cell in the Perlin generator, a larger size will make a larger patern.
Amplitude: multiplies all values by the amplitude, more amplitude will make more contrast.
This Perlin noise generator algorithm is based on the one from https://adrianb.io/2014/08/09/perlinnoise.html
